Shipments and returns

Packages are usually shipped between 2 and 5 days after receiving your payment.Handicrafts are shipped between 5 and 15 days depending on the supplier. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges.

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay for each of them.

Your package is shipped with insurance included.Upon receipt, the entry shall be indicated on the delivery slip in case of breakage, damage or spoliation. Packages are oversized and protected.

Fruit parcels and ready to ship parcels: delivery costs are included, no surcharge (Delivery costs = 0 euro). Shipments of fruit parcels are preferably Monday to Wednesday in high season or Monday and Tuesday. The weight shown is the gross weight of the packages (including packaging).

The fees charged by each country are borne by the customer.
